Memoriapolis Trailer Unveiled at Future Game Show Gamescom 2024

The Future Game Show at Gamescom 2024 provided the perfect stage for the world premiere of our latest CGI project: the official announcement trailer for Memoriapolis, an ambitious historical city-building simulation from our client Paradigm Entertainment. The trailer, which was one of the highlights of the show, has already generated significant buzz throughout the gaming community.

A Grand Historical Vision

Memoriapolis represents a bold new direction for city-building games, inviting players to construct a city spanning 2,500 years of history. Players choose their culture, manage resources, face historical events, and build "Wonders" to achieve the status of Capital of Capitals. Our challenge was to create a trailer that captured this epic scope while maintaining historical authenticity.

Visual Development

The project required extensive research into historical architecture and city planning across multiple eras. Our team developed a unique visual language that accurately represents each historical period while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic throughout the trailer.

One of our key innovations was the development of a custom building generation system that allows for seamless transitions between historical periods. This technique is showcased in several key moments in the trailer where the environment transforms as time progresses through the ages.
